Dear shooters,

It took me full fifteen minutes to register... Even with little help from someone who can almost read Finnish...
Well anyway we told Hannu if he ever makes it to GM class we will attack this site
To put this short: Congrats, you made your way to GM ! That is some badass thing to do in less than one year.
I do not know how to say it in Finnish. Sorry about that

My feeling about making GM is now you should begin to realize what our sport is about. Also you now should have some knowledge about what you need to do to get better shooter.
However maybe the most important thing you should know is you can not compromise accuracy by shooting faster. If you want to be good you must shoot good points and do it fast.

I have definitely got some good things for my shooting from GM´s like Ron Avery, Henning Wallgren, Dave Sevigny, Glenn Higdon, Paul Clark, Jerry Westcott, Ken Kwiat and many others.
Maybe one biggest single thing is, that if you push it too much you get lots of C´s and your time is not going to be very good. I feel my shooting is now much more relaxed than it has been - does not look so cool on video, but timer tells otherwise.

The classifier that signed my GM classification (Weld County PS 18.7.2010) went like in a movie - all A´s and decent time = 100%. It was an old classifier stage CM 99-52, so there were lots of good scores on that stage already. Made me feel good when I was able to get good score from that kind of stage.
