There are commercial shooting tracks and you can ask them to have IPSC-oriented, instructed shooting:

Ruutisavu / Vantaa, near airport
Gunpoint / Konala, Helsinki
Osuva /Helsinki, two different locations
Omega Center / Espoo
SN-Shooting / Espoo

I havent used any of these commercial tracks, just know them by name.

SN is an unmanned range that works by a reservation system, they don't have rental weapons or any instructors at the site.

I actually sign for the membership in osuva range, guess I will ask them about how their IPSC courses worked, thx for telling! Never noticed that before

I don't know if they organize actual IPSC courses or just teach IPSC shooting, but I know Haukilahden Urheiluampujat organize two courses each year and they have experience with english-speaking participants.
