US Military veteran 1978-2011, US Marine, Infantryman, Sniper, SOF two one year tours in support of the Global War on Terror. He served one year far-east with USMC, advisor for 7th SFG during the Panama invasion and numerous other operations world-wide. He also served a Team Sergeant in Afghanistan with US Special Operations Forces, the elite French "Commando Hubert" and Dutch Special Forces.
He has been awarded French, Finnish and US achievement and service medals as well as multiple combat operations.
Since 1986 he has served as a SWAT member, Team leader and Master trainer for Tactical units in the state of California as a full time peace officer. He has attended and completed over 160 professional level military and Law enforcement courses / schools since 1981. Some of these courses include but are not limited to "Gunsite Training center", Los Angeles County sheriff SWT school, LAPD D-Platoon SWAT advanced SWAT school, US Navy SEAL Advanced weapon / CQB course (A Platoon ST#3), HK International instructor level courses and too many others to mention here.
He has earned and been honored with multiple commendations / awards while working with members / groups of numerous elite Special operations units from around the world (GSG9, Polish GROM, Swedish Piketen, US Army Special Forces and many others).
