Place: Remmene shooting field in Herrljunga
Number of stations: 18-21
Minimum number of rounds: Approx 360-400 rounds
Number of shooters in main match: 162
Number of shooters in pre match: 60
Approved divisions: Semi Auto Open, Semi Auto Standard, Semi Auto Limited

Clothing: According to §5.3 in valid rulebook
Allowed ammunition: Approved calibers are .223 REM (5.56*45), .308 REM (7.62*51) and 7,62*39. Other calibers only after approval from MD (military regulations on the shooting field are restricted to DMAX 4500m)

Fee: 1200 SEK per shooter
Team fee: 1200 SEK per team (Only club teams)

Price table: Medals to place 1-3 best shooters per division and approved category. (Lady & Senior) A lot of sponsor prices on price table to participants. Best team will be awarded with price from the price table.

Registration to the match: All registration to the match is done online via ShootNScoreIt.com. Registration opens at 5 March 12:00
Registration of shooter and equipment check:
At site during competition, you may register Thursday at 18:00 – 20:00 or Friday at 07:00

Payment: Payment via ShootNScoreIt Paypal function. Paypal account is not necessary. You may use creditcard Visa/Mastercard

WCRO 2016 MATCH INFORMATION

We use an online system called Shoot N Score It (SSI) for all registration, payment and result list generation. If you have used SSI before you already have an account for registration. If not you need to register at http://www.shootnscoreit.com before the registration of the match is opened. Please enter the link above and create your personal account at SSI in good time before the registration of the match is opened.

But before you does that please read the information below.

You register yourself to the match and also order extras such as lunch etc in the SSI web shop. Your registration will then be placed in queue and then managed by the STAT officer according to the decided registration criteria’s below.

You decide and manage your squadding by yourself in SSI after your registration has been approved. You can change your registration until deadline at 5 June

Payment

All payment shall be managed via SSI’s integration with Paypal function. You do not need a Paypal account. It is possible to pay with Visa/Mastercard in this function.

OBSERVE! You shall not pay when your status is “Waiting”. Payment shall be done when your status is changed to “Pending”. When payment has been received your status will be changed to “Approved”. An E-mail will be sent to you when your status is changed from “Waiting” to “”Pending”. In this E-mail information about payment and deadline for payment will be sent along.

Refunding

No refunding will be accepted if payment is performed during “Waiting” status!
You can cancel your registration without any explanation until 5 June. After this date no refunding will be accepted. At refunding Paypal will take a small fee. This fee will be charged to the shooters account. If you want to cancel your registration you need to send an e-mail to: tavling@dynamiker.se
No “second hand” sales of slots will be accepted! If you cancel your registration your slot will be transfered to next shooter on waiting list.

WCRO 2016

Selection criteria:
Generally, approval to the match is given in order of date and time when registration is received. Exception is done according to two scenarios: 1. The agreement between IPSC Sverige and other IPSC regions in Scandinavia gives eight slots per Scandinavian region as pre-booked, and each regions team captain decide which shooters that shall represent their region. Information about name of the eight shooters per region shall be given by team captains to Västsvenska Dynamiker before end of April . Västsvenska Dynamiker have the right to decide to approve slots for distinguished guests out of the above stated selection criteria.

Payment shall be performed before the date given in information e-mail when shooter is moved to “Pending”. If payment is not received within the stated time limit the slot will be transferred to next shooter on the waiting list.

VSD may increase the number of shooters in the match if it is possible. VSD have then the right to prioritize which shooters to approve.

Access to competition area:
Transportation between stages will be by car. All competitors need to arrange transportation by them self. All shooters will receive an access pass that gives the right to enter the competition areas. This access pass need to be visible on the shooter or in windscreen of the car during transportation and when entering competition areas. Access to shooting areas will be denied by security staff if shooter cannot show up visible access pass. Visitors and Press need to contact Security officer to get an access pass before entering competition areas.

Entering Sweden with guns:
If you are a resident from outside Sweden or Scandinavia (Denmark, Norway and Finland) you will need a European Gun passport and you will also need to apply for a temporary gun license from the police authority where you will enter the border. This application need to be performed in good time before the competition. (at least 6-8 weeks).

"Restricted Rifle" is a "category" of SAS, intended for our armed forces (and others) who want to compete with "service issued" rifles.

In short Standard division rules plus one non-magnyfing optic and a 30-round mag capacity limit, as discussed earlier in another thread here. It's on trial in Sweden this year.

This is the result of an accepted motion at last years Swedish GA.

Level III Sanctioning only approves the Courses of Fire. If a region wants to offer special divisions or categories (e.g. LEO, Military etc.), that's OK.

However, anything which is not officially approved by IPSC is not recognised by IPSC. In a similar vein, if there are only 8 competitors in a division, the match can still award prizes, but that division will not be entitled to a President's Medal.
